The Church’s Ministry to the Sick and Homebound is a profound expression of Christ’s compassionate love, reflecting His own care for those who suffer in body and spirit. This ministry is rooted in the Lord’s charge to “Heal the sick!” and is carried out by bringing the Eucharist to the infirmed and accompanying them with prayer. This ministry is a precious witness to the love of Christ. Diocesan training is required.
