Baptism
We at Holy Family Catholic Church share your joy in preparing for your child’s baptism. Baptism, along with Confirmation and Eucharist, is one of the three Sacraments of Initiation, holding a unique position as the gateway to all other sacraments.
To celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism at Holy Family, we ask that parents be registered parishioners.

Reconciliation
Preparation to receive First Reconciliation is conducted at Holy Family Catholic Church. The Sacrament is received before First Communion. See more under First Eucharist.
Confession Times
Monday through Friday, following the 8:30 a.m. Mass in the Daily Chapel.
Saturday – 4-5 p.m in the main Church.
Reconciliation also available by appointment. Contact the parish office at 407-876-2211.
First Eucharist
The norm for sacramental preparation in the Diocese of Orlando is a two-year process: one year of regular attendance at Faith Formation or Catholic school and one year of immediate preparation in a sacrament-specific program.
Year 1: (typically 1st grade) consistent participation in a Faith Formation program.
Year 2: (typically 2nd grade) continued participation in a Faith Formation program and immediate preparation for Reconciliation/First Communion.
What does this entail? Parent formation session, Reconciliation workshop, Teaching Mass, and completion of at-home workbook.

Confirmation
The norm for sacramental preparation in the Diocese of Orlando is a two-year process: one year of regular attendance at Pre-Confirmation or Catholic School and one year of immediate preparation in the Confirmation program.
Year 1: (typically 6th grade) consistent participation in Pre-Confirmation program.
Year 2: (typically 7th grade), participation in the Confirmation program.
What does this entail? Ten Wednesday sessions beginning in the fall at the parish, a retreat, and a student workbook with the necessary forms/assignments.

Matrimony
Marriage Preparation is a three-phase process where you will explore the purpose of marriage, having Christ at the center of your relationship. It includes assessment, Pre-Cana workshop, and individual sacramental preparation. Ordained priests and deacons, the marriage prep advisor, and trained Fully Engaged facilitators guide you through the process.
